Great question! The cost to rent meeting rooms in Chicago can vary, but at 620 N LaSalle, we offer an affordable rate of $50 per hour, and $300 for the day, ensuring you can get the professional space you need while staying within budget.
We know things don’t always go according to plan. To avoid any issues or overlapping bookings, we recommend giving yourself some extra leeway when booking and adding an extra hour to ensure you have enough time. In addition, to ensure that rooms accommodate your needs, iron out who is coming in advance to avoid any mishaps with room size. While we will occasionally be able to accommodate a switch to a larger room, if it is already booked, we will not be able to move your group.
If you booked the meeting room for the full day, you can arrive at any time! We have 24/7 access, so you can begin your conference as early as you please. If you booked for a particular range of hours, please arrive during that time frame.
