Shannon Morris joined Avison Young’s Chicago Agency Leasing team in 2023 as an Associate. She partners with her team in marketing strategy, outbound sales initiatives, and client services. Prior to joining Avison Young, Shannon worked in Account Management where she excelled in building strong client relationships, managing project budgets and timelines, and establishing best practices for internal workflows. Michael spent nine years with Carr Companies working in management and sales for Carr Workplaces, an industry-leading national coworking operator. In 2015, Michael was integral in developing the in-house brokerage operation for Carr Companies leading tenant and landlord representation for the firm as Principal Broker. There he completed over $50M in lease transactions advising clients on their customized office requirements.
